Hi I’m Niamh, and I’m a person-centred counsellor at Trinity Therapy.
I will be available part-time for evening and weekend sessions from mid 2026.
I specialise in working with people experiencing stress, anxiety, and burnout, particularly related to work. I can also support a range of everyday life challenges, including depression, life changes, and relationship difficulties. Whatever is going on, I’m here to listen.
My approach isn’t about giving advice or telling you what to do. I think that the answers are already within you. Sometimes you just need the time and the space to work them out – with someone who cares and doesn’t judge, and who truly listens.
In every one of our sessions, you’ll have the opportunity to explore your thoughts and feelings, reflect on your experiences, and discover your own solutions, at your own pace. I offer open-ended counselling sessions, so there’s no rush. We’ve got time, and I’m here to support you.
Counselling with me is collaborative and client-led. I’ll walk alongside you, offering support while you get to understand yourself better.
I know that taking the step to reach out for help can feel daunting, but it’s also really brave, and a meaningful first step toward change. My role is to provide a safe, empathetic space where you can find your own answers and begin to move forward.
