Hi, I’m Oli — a qualified person-centred counsellor with a rich background in education and the arts. For 15 years I worked as a senior secondary school teacher and Head of Year, supporting thousands of students both academically and emotionally. My experience in pastoral care, creative teaching, and mental health advocacy naturally led me into the world of counselling, where I now work with adults and young people across a range of life challenges.

I trained in counselling alongside my partners Nikki and Niamh, and Trinity Therapy was born from a shared vision of providing authentic, collaborative support to those navigating difficulty. Together, we combine our individual strengths to offer a grounded, professional, and caring therapeutic service.

My specialist counselling experience includes bereavement and end-of-life care through my work at Hospice in the Weald, and I’m currently a practising school counsellor. I have a particular passion for helping individuals process grief, identity challenges, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. I work creatively with clients, offering face-to-face, online, and telephone counselling in a way that fits around their lives.

What matters to me most is that counselling remains an honest, empowering space. I believe in autonomy, integrity, and real human connection. If we work together, you’ll find someone alongside you who listens deeply, challenges gently, and believes fully in your capacity to change.
